I did not grow up in New York City. I built my life here, one project at a time. Over the past decade and more, I have worked across this city’s homes and spaces as a project manager, real estate professional, and interior designer — developing a rare and integrated understanding of what it truly takes to improve a home in New York City. Not just aesthetically. Structurally, financially, and humanly.

What I saw, over and over, was the gap between what renovation could be and what it usually was. Decisions made without intention. Materials chosen without care. Budgets stretched without strategy.
